Claudia Rodriguez
Retired Vice President of Insurance Claims at Auto Club Enterprises
Claudia began her career in the P&C industry in 1987 as a Claims Receptionist in a local Claims Branch for Auto Club Enterprises (ACE). Ultimately, she held various adjusting positions including auto physical damage, casualty and litigation for over a decade before going into management. As a manager, she leads regional teams, a regional office, and the Claims Quality Assurance operation before being selected to senior leadership. As a senior leader, she oversaw of all facets of Claims including Early Response, Auto Physical Damage, Casualty, SIU and ACE’s Texas market. Claudia was selected as ACE’s first Property Technical Manager, developing Property processes. In 2018, she was promoted to Claims Vice President, leading the 20+ state field operations and over 2300 employees. After over 35 years of service, she retired from ACE in July 2023.
Claudia served on the Board of Governors for the National Insurance Crime Bureau, the Board of Governors for the Pacific Claims Executives Association, along with being a Governor’s Appointee on the California Earthquake Authority’s Advisory Panel.
With her passion for the claims profession and technical knowledge, along with her history of successful change management, Claudia has been asked to speak at numerous industry venues including conferences, meetings, councils, and podcasts.
Since 2021, Claudia acquired a particular interest in casualty topics impacting the industry in the post-COVID environment. As she studied the industry challenges in-depth, she began to focus on the complex topic of social inflation, where her passion remains today.
