Donna Romero

Claims Group Manager at AAA - Auto Club Enterprises

Donna graduated from the University of California at Irvine, majoring in psychology. Additionally, Donna attended a Presidential Leadership program through the Ronald Reagan Library and attended a year-long Accelerator Program through Pro-Sim to enhance her leadership skills and business acumen. Most recently she completed the RADY School of Management through ACE and UC San Diego.

Donna has 35 years of industry experience and has been with Auto club Enterprises since 2018. Prior to joining the Club, Donna lead teams for 21st Century, AIG and Farmers Insurance. She has multi-state experience in Personal Auto, Homeowner, Commercial Auto and Commercial General Liability. She managed the Midwest and Eastern Regions at 21st Century/AIG, along with nationwide responsibilities at Farmers Insurance. Since joining the Club, Donna has been successful in her role as Group Manager of CA Casualty, SIU and is now the APD Group Manager overseeing process at ACE.
