Retired Vice President of Insurance Claims at Auto Club Enterprises
Claudia began her career in the P&C industry in 1987 as a Claims Receptionist in a local Claims Branch for Auto Club Enterprises (ACE). Ultimately, she held various adjusting positions including auto physical damage, casualty and litigation for over a decade before going into management. As a manager, she lead regional teams, a regional office, and the Claims Quality Assurance operation before being selected to senior leadership. As a senior leader, she oversaw of all facets of Claims including Early Response, Auto Physical Damage, Casualty, SIU and ACE’s Texas market. Claudia was selected as ACE’s first Property Technical Manager, developing Property processes. In 2018, she was promoted to Claims Vice President, leading the 20+ state field operations and over 2300 employees. After over 35 years of service, she retired from ACE in July of 2023.
